Adrián Saldarriaga-Isaza is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics of the National University of Colombia, in the city of Medellín. He holds a MSc in Environmental Economics and a Ph.D. in Engineering. He has been a visiting research scholar at Universidad Nacional de la Plata (Argentina) and the University of Göttingen (Germany). He has participated in projects for the governments of Colombia and Chile, the Latin-American and Caribbean Environmental Economics Program (LACEEP), and the Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP). His research has been published in journals such as Ecological Economics, Environment and Development Economics, Resources Policy, and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences.
