REMARC will be present with Prof. Elisa Giuliani and the Phd Scholar Verdiana Morreale at the PhD-SDCC Multi-Disciplinary (MD) event in Pavia, from 20 to 22 June.
The event, hosted by IUSS Pavia, will give the participants the opportunity to work on issues related to sustainability and climate change within teams of people with different backgrounds and expertise.
The main topics of the event are (i) the latest report on ‘Mitigation of Climate change’, issued in
April 2022 by Working Group III of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), (ii)
sustainability policies identified by the European Union and (iii) actions that can lead to a societal
transformation towards a more just and sustainable world.
